Your order will be on hold and will be processed when we confirm that the amount has been deposited. To facilitate the process, please send us a copy of the deposit in which you must have stated your order number and name, to the email address eshop@mediastrom.gr. 10. SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
For all your purchases over 400 euros you do not have any shipping costs.
The deliveries of the products are made only within the physical limits of Greece through the cooperating transport company (and its collaborators).
Shipping costs are calculated depending on the postal code (PC) of the area, the amount of the order and the order pieces of the shipment.
The consumer is not obliged to pay if he does not receive the legal document (receipt, invoice).
11. RETURNS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
11.1. Returns policy
