11.1. Return policy
The terms and conditions described in this policy are valid for all products purchased from the Media Strom e-shop in Greece through the Internet at the site

11.2. Order cancellation
When you are making your order through the e-shop, you have the choice of cancelling your order within the day that the order took place.
11.3. Backing out and returning products due to a change of mind
You have the right to return the products you have bought, without penalty and without being obliged to let us know about the reason you wish to return the products, within a deadline of 14 calendar days commencing at the date you will receive the products. In that case you are only burdened with the immediate cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return remain in the same condition with when you received them and are accompanied with the receipt or the invoice.  The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or are explicitly personalized for the specific customer. The receipt of the returned products will take place only when originating from the address you have originally stated for their shipment for which you have informed us in writing. If you are unable to return by yourselves the products you have bought from the online Media Strom store ( the affiliated carrier company can return them for you with an extra charge. The charge for returning your products depends on the zip code of your area and the weight of the products. Whichever way you may choose for the application of the return of products, the return request is effective from the date that you apply for the return of the products. Within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products from Media Strom, and in the case they have not been damaged or worn and all the terms for their return apply, Media Strom will return to the client the value of the returned products by using the same method of payment that the client used for the initial transaction (e.g. credit card, deposit in a bank account, PayPal), unless the client has explicitly agreed for something different. Moreover, we will return you the amount you may have spent for the transport fares of the merchandise, that you bought through the online store, at your place (excluding the additional expenses due to your choice to use a delivery option other than the most affordable standard option that we prefer). In any case, the return of the value of the returned products will take place after you inform us in writing for your request to return the products and we agree on their return and under the term that the products have been delivered to the affiliated carrier company. If the returned product has been damaged or worn by customer’s fault or its value has decreased after a handling not necessary for determining the nature, the characteristics and the function of the products, Media Strom will evaluate the cost of the damage and the height of their decrease in value and in the case that Media Strom is obliged to return money to the customer, the corresponding amount of damage will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
11.4. Apart from the rights provided with the return policy, we recognize, in all respects, all rights that are in effect by current law provisions concerning the consumers and the legislation concerning the sales contract, and also any right arising in relation to the warranty conditions of the products.
